Licensing Program Coordinator

The Licensing Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of the University of Arizona’s trademark licensing program. This role assists with coordinating licensing workflows, provides reporting support, and helps maintain brand standards. This role will act as the first point of contact for internal licensed vendors, fielding internal campus requests, and informing the licensing team of issues and concerns on a continuous basis. This position will also assist in growing the institution's public demand for licensed products, increasing retail delivery channels.

Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Content Director on the Campus Brand Engagement team, this position coordinates activities within the “ONE Ecosystem” — a university-wide network that strengthens collaboration and shared standards for marketing and communications professionals. The ONE MarCom professional development program provides strategic toolkits, planning templates, a shared knowledge base, monthly learning sessions, and the annual ONE Conference, serving 300+ campus professionals. Executive Director of Video and Photography

Full Time Full Benefits The Executive Director of Video and Photography will lead multimedia production and content development in support of the University of Arizona’s marketing, communications, and brand-building efforts. Reporting to the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer and a member of the division’s leadership team, this position will lead a team of videographers, photographers, and producers and collaborate with colleagues across the Marketing and Communications division and the campus. 

This position will lead the development and curation of powerful storytelling and marketing assets across a variety of styles and formats that will advance the U of A brand, inspire its audiences, perform effectively across channels, and support the university’s Strategic Imperatives. In close collaboration with colleagues across the division, this position will also guide operational planning for the creation of video and photography assets and help lead digital management of these resources. In alignment with the division’s working manager model, the executive director will also participate in the creation, curation, and/or coordination of multimedia content development while establishing and refining workflows, standards, and processes that support effective content production and asset use.
