Throughout her tenure at the university, Jennise has supported multiple senior leaders across other high-impact offices, including the Office of the Secretary, where she worked closely with the Office of the President, and the Office of Research and Partnerships. In these roles, she has provided steady operational support during periods of leadership transition, organizational change, and strategic growth, serving as a trusted resource and point of continuity.

Before joining the University of Arizona in January 2017, she worked in a similar role for Sears, Roebuck and Co., bringing more than 20 years of experience supporting senior executives in complex, fast-paced environments.

A University of Arizona alumna, Jennise earned her bachelor’s degree in education. Though she grew up in a military family, she proudly considers herself a Tucsonan.
