Providers on this list are available to support routine, smaller-scale projects, including:
- Faculty, staff, and student headshots
- Photography and videography for events, such as student fairs, donor gatherings, award presentations, meetings, and similar activities
- Basic b-roll footage
- Photography and videography of people, spaces, facilities, and campus environments
- Basic photography and video projects for internal communications, websites, social media, and similar uses
- Other routine-scale photography and videography needs requested by University departments
All providers included on the list have been reviewed, signed the Work Product Agreement, and reviewed the Coverage of Insurance information. For providers operating as LLCs, vendor information should already be on file.

PRICING: Basic Hourly rate is $300 for first hour and additional hours are $150. $75 per hour for processing.

Event:
- First hour is $300

Business Portraits: can be mobile studio, lab, office or outdoor
- Single portrait with basic adjustments and retouching: $300
- Additional locations $150
- Additional people $150
- Exposure and color correction, minor eye glass reflection retouch include. On two images from each setting.
- Glamour retouching, or existing image retouching-$75 per hour
Mass student portraits: 50 plus students shot in one setting, 1–2-hour session this may vary with number of students. $30 per person
Two shots, to ensure open eyes, process to JPG output high resolution of one image per student, no retouching, one backdrop

Tucson photographer Michael Chansley is a full service photography studio. We specialize in youth sports portraits, corporate events, graduation, conference, school portraits, and headshot photos. We also do commercial and all types of event photography in Tucson and all over Arizona!
PRICING:
Event Photography:
- $400/hr
- $1500 for ½ day (up to 4 consecutive hours)
- $2250 for a full day (up to 8 consecutive hours)
All fully edited images are included and will be delivered within 1-2 days of the event. Every event varies, but you can expect between 30-60 delivered images per hour.
Headshots:
- 1-40 people ($100 pp)
- 41-80 people ($75 pp)
- 81+ people ($50 pp)
This includes 1-2 headshots per person and are fully retouched
Minimum of 3 people for a headshot booking
Group portraits:
Same as event photography. No minimum/maximum number of people or limit on how many different portraits or locations. Set as an hourly rate at $400/hr.
