Jade Norden

Jade Norden supports the development, production and management of content for Lo Que Pasa and other employee-facing communications channels. Her work focuses on creating clear, engaging storytelling that connects campus employees with key news, resources, and initiatives. She also supports campus partners in developing effective internal communications. She has worked in communications and marketing roles in public school districts and higher education, bringing experience in strategic messaging and audience engagement to her work at the university. She holds a bachelor's degree in media management from St. John Fisher University.
