Primary Brand Colors
The University of Arizona primary colors are Arizona Red and Arizona Blue. These colors should have a strong presence in a given composition.
Secondary Brand Colors
Our secondary colors support Arizona Red and Blue and allow for added flexibility and accessibility across print and digital settings. Secondary colors also provide emphasis or added depth for icons, charts, infographics, and other imagery. Our color palette has remained unchanged except for colors that failed to meet readability and accessibility standards. Colors must be used consistently.
Accent Colors
Our highlight color palette complements our primary colors, playing off hues from the natural environment. These colors should not dominate compositions, but rather appear as accents in graphic elements or act as supporting fills within a composition and should not be used as text colors.
Neutral Colors
The neutral color palette is used to create white space where our primary palette, photography, and copy can be highlighted. Additionally, neutrals and/or white space visually create consistency across all marketing materials through their use as flood or full-bleed colors.
